NICK ROCHEFORT AND FRIENDS

Double the Scuffed Realtor, double the night. Comix Roadhouse hosts a two-show evening with NICK ROCHEFORT and ALEX SCHULTZ. At 7:30 PM, Scuffed Realtor: LIVE hits the stage as a live podcast. At 9:30 PM, the room turns over to stand-up comedy. Guests who buy tickets for both shows get a 25% refund for the 9:30 show purchase. Just email info@comixroadhouse.com with your purchase details.

Scuffed Realtor: LIVE brings Nick’s weekly YouTube real estate investment livestream to the stage. Expect viewer-submitted house reviews, antique expertise, unsolicited life advice and the breaking of expensive things. Nick and Alex review local and guest-submitted places and tell you exactly what it will cost in resale value when Grandma’s meticulously white carpets meet their end. Nick Rochefort is a founding member of the comedy troupe Million Dollar Extreme and co-hosts Perfect Guy Life with Sam Hyde. He is the host of Scuffed Realtor and co-creator of the Adult Swim hit World Peace, with Season 2 on the way. He is also an avid antiques dealer and owner of ChamonixHouse.com.

Alex Schultz is a filmmaker, writer, director and comic known for a sharp, surreal and unfiltered style. His work blends absurdist sketches, viral characters like Alex-Bot and fearless observational humor. His stand-up specials include Helen Keller and 100% Canadian.

Make it a full night and come hungry. Comix Roadhouse knows a prime property when it sees one: Connecticut Magazine’s 2026 Best of Connecticut statewide win for Best Casino Casual Dining and OpenTable’s 2026 Diners’ Choice Award make it the best pre-show dinner on the grounds, and as much a destination as it is a stage.
